The day has finally arrived—my latest musical creation, the EP "SLICE," is here. We have been planning for months and the relief is a welcome emotion.This project holds a special place in my heart for two reasons. First, as the name suggests, I'm thrilled to share a substantial slice of my musical capabilities with everyone who has supported me throughout the years. The second layer of significance is about taking you, the listener, on an intimate journey through the stories that define adulthood.The 5-track collection is a heartfelt exploration of pivotal moments in adulthood, presented through the soulful lens of R&B with Afro influences. Every track on "SLICE" resonates deeply, weaving a narrative that covers the entire spectrum of emotions and experiences that come with adulthood.This is a project that comes straight from the heart. I've poured my storytelling into it, blending melodies, poignant lyrics, and infectious rhythms. Each track is a chapter in the EP's story, delving into themes of love, resilience, self-discovery, and the profound moments that shape us as adults.My goal was to tell stories that strike a chord with you. Tracks like "You Don't Love Me" and "Take Me Back" are intentionally soul-stirring hinting at moments of vulnerability that adulthood throws us into. The remaining tracks, "Minimum Wage," "Love Me Loud," and "Feel Good," narrate a journey of self-awareness and unapologetic confidence, that I hope inspires you to embrace your true self, even if you've experienced the themes hinted at in the former two tracks.I aimed to create an R&B album colored with Afro influences that anyone who appreciates authentic, soulful music, that touches the heart, would love. I want you to see yourself in the stories if you've ever been there and know that you're not alone."SLICE" is now available on all major music platforms.
